The table below shows the cinema viewing figures for films by country, in millions.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
Write at least 150 words.

A table is not a licence to list. The Band 7 move here is to group before you write: which countries rose, which fell, which stayed flat. A report that walks row by row through twenty numbers scores badly for Task Achievement no matter how accurate it is. See Task 1 Complete Guide on grouping.

You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.
Write about the following topic:
Many young children today leave school with a negative attitude towards learning.
Why is this happening?
What can be done to encourage young people to have a positive attitude towards learning?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own experience or knowledge.
Write at least 250 words.
Two questions, two body paragraphs. This is a Problem/Solution prompt. One paragraph on causes, one on solutions. Answering only the first question caps Task Response at Band 5.
